The Solar Plexus Chakra (also known Manipura in Sanskrit) is characterized by the color yellow and is located near the upper abdomen in the stomach area. When you get butterflies in your stomach, that’s the same area as this chakra. It is associated with self-confidence, self-esteem and self-worth.
