Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Chakra Wonders jewelry and spiritual gifts. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and unworn, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Change-of-mind returns
Changed your mind? No problem. We accept change-of-mind returns within the 30-day window. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective or damaged items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us at chakrawonders@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. You will receive a full refund, and we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
How to start a return
Email chakrawonders@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please write the RMA number on the outside of your return package.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment; please allow several business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card issuer first, then reach out to us at chakrawonders@gmail.com.
Exchanges
We replace items that are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, email chakrawonders@gmail.com and we will provide return instructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
